Customers can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with the service or if the service has not been activated or utilized. Once the storage service has been actively used, refunds may not be applicable unless there is a proven technical fault or service failure caused by StorageHub.
In case of payment errors such as duplicate transactions or incorrect charges, customers must report the issue within 48 hours. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
StorageHub reserves the right to deny refund requests if misuse, violation of terms, or suspicious activities are detected. Any promotional or discounted plans are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
